30-Day Emergency Stabilization Housing Program
A Housing Solution for Clients Who Need Immediate Placement
Program Overview
The Housing Network’s 30-Day Emergency Stabilization Program provides short-term structured housing for individuals who require immediate placement but may not yet have income or permanent housing.
This program supports individuals who cannot safely discharge to the community without a verified address or structured living environment.
We work directly with hospitals, case managers, reentry programs, veteran services, and community organizations to coordinate temporary housing placements while longer-term housing plans are arranged.
Our program provides a stable environment where clients can safely transition while agencies finalize benefits, housing vouchers, or other next steps.
Placements are coordinated exclusively through referral partners. Agency-funded placements may be accepted for individuals who do not yet have income during the stabilization period.
