AGENCIES & REFERRAL PARTNERS
Partner With a Structured Housing Provider You Can Rely On
The Housing Network collaborates with agencies, case managers, and community organizations to provide stable, accountable housing for adults transitioning toward greater independence.
We operate as a non-clinical, professionally managed housing provider focused on structure, standards, and long-term stability.
We offer two programs, The Structured Housing Program and The Housing Network’s 30-Day Emergency Stabilization Program.
What We Provide
Fully furnished shared housing accommodations
Limited private room options (based on availability)
Structured living environment with clear expectations
Accountability-based housing model
Centralized professional property management
Optional transportation support (when available)
Consistent communication with referring partners
All properties within The Housing Network operate under standardized house guidelines and centralized management to ensure consistency across locations.
What We Do Not Provide
The Housing Network is a structured housing provider — not a treatment facility.
We do not provide:
Medical services
Detox or crisis stabilization
Behavioral health treatment
24/7 medical or clinical supervision
Ideal Client Profile
Our housing model is best suited for individuals who:
Benefit from a stable, structured environment
Can function independently in daily living
Are willing to follow house guidelines
Are working toward employment or income consistency
Do not require intensive supervision
Clear eligibility standards allow us to maintain a stable community environment for all residents.
Length of Stay
We do not impose arbitrary time limits on residents who remain compliant with house standards and demonstrate ongoing stability.
Length of stay is individualized and may include extended or long-term housing options when appropriate.
Our goal is sustainable stability — not forced turnover.
